    However, due to Roblox platform rules, the Robux may appear as “pending” in your account and become fully available after 5–7 days. This is a normal and automatic holding period by Roblox.
  3. What are the delivery methods?

  2. What if I entered the wrong username?
    Please double-check your username before submitting your order.
    If you entered the wrong one, contact us immediately through Discord with your correct details. If the Robux have already been delivered to the incorrect user, we won’t be able to recover it.
  3. How do I know my order was successful?
    You’ll receive:
    • A confirmation message via Discord
    • Updates on your transaction history page
    • A screenshot of your Robux being sent (if applicable)
    • Real-time notifications

  1. I paid but didn’t receive my Robux yet. What should I do?
    Don’t panic!

    A Gamepass is a virtual product that allows us to send Robux directly to your account. You can create one by:
    • Going to Roblox.com/create
    • Creating a game or opening an existing one
    • Navigating to “Passes” and uploading an image
    • Setting the price as instructed by us

  2. Why do I get less Robux than I paid for?
    Roblox applies a 30% tax on Gamepass purchases.
    For example, if we buy your Gamepass for 100 Robux, you will only receive 70 Robux. This is standard across the Roblox platform.
    We sometimes offer free bonus Robux during events to help offset this fee.
  3. What if I forgot to set my Gamepass price?
    If your Gamepass isn’t priced correctly:
    • The system will return an error
    • You’ll be notified to correct the price
    • Once fixed, we’ll retry the transaction
