By using this website and our services, you agree to follow and be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These terms govern your use of SwiftLoot, the purchase of Robux through our Gamepass system, and any communication or transactions between you and our team. Please read carefully.

If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to access or use our service.

1. Eligibility

To use SwiftLoot, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You must own or have access to a valid Roblox account.
• You must be capable of creating and configuring a Roblox Gamepass.

If you are under 18 years old, we assume you are using the site with parental or guardian permission.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our terms or Roblox's community standards.

2. What We Do – Service Overview

SwiftLoot is a third-party service that facilitates the local purchase of Robux for Filipino users through the Roblox Gamepass method.

How it works:

• You submit your Roblox username and Gamepass ID.
• You select the amount of Robux you wish to receive.
• You make a payment using one of our accepted payment methods.
• Once payment is confirmed, we purchase your Gamepass, and the Robux will be credited to your pending balance in Roblox.
• After the standard 3-day or 7-day pending period, Robux will reflect in your Roblox wallet.

We do not ask for your Roblox password. If anyone impersonating us asks for login credentials, do not respond — and report them to us immediately.

3. Pricing and Fees

Our rates are based on market conditions. On average, we offer $7 USD per 1,000 Robux, which may vary slightly depending on:

• USD to PHP conversion rates
• Roblox platform fees
• Local payment method surcharges
• Volume of Robux ordered
• Ongoing promotions or discounts

We provide clear pricing estimates on the site, including a minimum order amount of 1,000 Robux and a maximum of 50,000 Robux per transaction. Bulk orders may be arranged by contacting us directly.

Once payment is made, no refund will be issued unless your order is invalid, incomplete, or unfulfilled due to our error.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept multiple convenient payment options for Filipino users:

• 🏧 Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, etc.)

We accept crypto payments via Plisio's secure platform. Please verify transaction details carefully — we are not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect wallet addresses or network errors.

5. Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 5–30 minutes after we confirm payment. However, there may be delays due to:

• Incorrect Gamepass ID or username
• Platform maintenance (Roblox, payment providers, etc.)
• Network or connectivity issues
• Peak hours or high transaction volume

If there is a delay, we will notify you promptly and resolve it as soon as possible.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be granted under specific conditions:

• Your Gamepass ID is invalid or inaccessible and the Robux cannot be delivered.
• You mistakenly paid for an amount we no longer support.
• We are unable to process your order due to system or platform issues.

Once the Robux has been successfully purchased and is reflected in your pending Roblox balance, we cannot offer a refund, even if you change your mind or experience delays due to Roblox's holding period.

7. User Responsibilities

By using SwiftLoot, you agree to the following:

• You are the rightful owner of the Roblox account used.
• You have permission to use any payment method provided.
• You will not attempt to exploit, abuse, or automate our system.
• You will provide accurate information including your username and Gamepass link.
• You understand that Roblox Corporation has full control over Robux disbursement and timing, and we are not liable for platform-wide issues.

Any attempt to defraud, chargeback, or use stolen information will result in a permanent ban and potential legal action.

8. Account Security

We value your privacy and security. We will never ask for:

• Your Roblox password
• Security questions or verification codes
• Personal documents, unless required for fraud investigation

Always verify you're communicating with our official channels. We will not take responsibility for any damage caused by impostors or third-party actors.

9. Platform Limitations

SwiftLoot is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, nor are we endorsed by them. We simply offer a way to help Filipino users gain Robux more affordably using local payment options.

We cannot be held responsible for:

• Roblox platform bugs or downtimes
• Delays caused by Roblox's pending system
• Account bans or moderation actions from Roblox (if unrelated to our service)

You are responsible for ensuring that your account is in good standing and that you comply with Roblox's terms of service at all times.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime and fulfill all orders quickly, but service availability is not guaranteed. We may temporarily suspend services due to:

• Site maintenance or upgrades
• Payment system downtimes
• Roblox API issues
• Staff unavailability or emergencies

During such times, orders may be delayed, paused, or refunded as necessary.
